So I've been away awhile - hope you missed me.
Finly got my copy of SC last week. And wow... what can I say?
Great movie!
But it left me with more questions to the Sentinels Era.
How do the Children of the Shadow (Haydonites) and the Masters both get blamed for the devistation of the Invid homeworld.
If the COTS did it why did the invid go to war against the masters?
At least I now know the ID of the Ship in my previous post - behold the ArchAngel!
I will now re-attempt to create a timeline again!

DelRay Reprints

Seeing as RT.com are working on getting the rest of the novels reprinted. I'm holding off on at the moment on completing my editing of the Sentinels. I've completed book 1 at this point. But I'm eager to see if the Sentinels novels will be reprinted as they are or maybe edited to suit continuity. If anything, I would imagine that some sort of Errata or adendum will be added, or even a Timeline for RT fans to relate too.
Thanks for your interest in my project, but 'till we know what Tommy has in mind, I'm pushing the pause button on this one.

Sentinels Update

Just thought I'd let those of you who are interested in the progress of my Sentinels re-write know, that I've reached about halfway through Book 1. I decided against a total re-write 'cause basically I don't have the time. But during my free moments at work, I have done the following:
1. - Re-spelled Regis as Regess.
2. - Removed all mention of "Shapings".
3. - Replaced "imaging" of mecha with "Switching" of mecha.
4. - Corrected all ages and dates.
5. - Added & removed small lines of text to corrospond with latest Canon/Chronology and hints from Prelude comic series.

2015
Construction of Expeditionary Forces vessels continues in preparation for large scale mission to find the homeworld of the Robotech Masters.
2016
Preliminary navigational surveys are conducted with long-range advance scout vessels, laying the groundwork for the main Robotech Expeditionary Force.
2018
Colonies established at Moon Base, Mars Base and Jupiter Base.
2020
The navagational Scout fleet, lead by Major Carpenter, discovers the location of the Valivarre System and construction of Space Station Liberty begins at a safe distance outside the System.
2022 December
After a long campaign to retrieve the Flower of Life on other worlds, the Invid Regent invades Tirol in the Masters absence.
The Invid Regess, disgusted by the Regents actions, returns to Praxis to continue with her Genesis Pit experiments.
Vice Admiral Rick Hunter and Admiral Lisa Hayes are wed aboard the Robotech Factory Satellite. Amoung the guests are Lynn Minmei and her singing partner Janice Em, aswell as Cadets Jack Baker and Karen Penn.
Bowie Grant is left in the care of the Emersons, and with Dr. Zands permission, Dana would stay with Max's cousin and help her with her newborn baby boy.
The SDF-3 launches and takes its position as the flagship of the Robotech Expeditionary Force, marking the official start of the "Pioneer" mission.
The SDF-3 arrives in Fantomaspace and ingages the Invid. During the battle the Spacefold generators and communications systems are damaged.
With the help of Jack Baker and Karen Penn, Tiresians Cabell and Rem are rescued. They inform the Plenipotentiary Council that the Masters have left for Earth.
T.R. Edwards and his Ghost Squadron capture the living Invid computer the Regent left behind in the Tiresian Royal Hall, but keeps it secret from the Council.
2023 January
The Zentraedi contingent of the Expeditionary Force agree to return to full size and mine Fantomas monopole ore to fuel the SDF-3 and new warships that would be constructed at Space Station Liberty once communications had been re-established.
A faction of Tiresians calling themselves the "Tiresian Loyalists" start a small rebellion against the the United Earth Expeditionary Force and those who align with them.
2025 February
An uneasy peace is established with the Tirisians, although some of the population still remain loyal to the Masters ways.
The Sentinels, a band of Praxians, Garudans, Karbarrans, Haydonites, and Perytonians form to liberate themselves from capture and escape into Fantomaspace aboard a makeshift ship named the Farrago.
The Hunters, Sterlings, Jack and Karen and others from the Expeditionary Force join the Sentinels and leave Tirol to help liberate their home planets from the Invid.
2025 March
T.R. Edwards becomes infatuated with Lynn-Minmay, and begins his attempts to possess her.
2025 April
The Sentinels arrive at the Planet Karbarra first in hopes that their industrial strength would help them in there mission.
Tesla, the Invid Officer who had the Sentinels imprisonned originally, and Burak, the Perytonian representitive, form a curious partnership.
T.R. Edwards, with the help of the Invid brain computer, begins secret talks with the Invid Regent.
The children of Karbarra are freed and the planet liberated.
The Karbarrans agree to help build ships for the Expeditionary Force.
2025 December
The Sentinels arrive at the Planet Praxis shortly after the Regess leaves for Haydon IV.
With a tip off from Edwards, the Invid attack the Farrago and it is destroyed, leaving the Sentinels stranded on the Planet.
Praxis turns out to be desolated, but due to the Genesis Pit experiments, also very unstable.
Baldan, the Spherian leader, attempts to merge with the planet to stablize it, but unfortunately dies in the attempt.
With the aid of balloon like creatures that surfaced from a Genesis pit, Colonel Wolff, Janice, Tesla and Burak dock with the Perytonian part of the Farrago and return to Tirol for help.
Edwards now holds sway over the Plenipotentiary Council.
2026 January
Wolff arrives back on Tirol.
Tesla murders a simulagent of the Regent sent to Tirol for "peace talks".
Wolff and company steal a newly constructed prototype ship and become wanted for murder and piracy.
Wolff returns to Praxis just in time.
The Sentinels are rescued and the Planet Praxis explodes.
2026 March
Control of the Fantoma mining operationspasses to Edwards.
Balden II is shaped by Teal, the female Spherian.
The Sentinels arrive on the Planet Garuda.
Rick, Lisa, Karen, Rem and Miriya suffer the nearly fatal effects of the planets "Hin" atmosphere.
Garuda is liberated. But medical intervention is required that is only available on Hayden IV.
Breetai, sencing Edwards evil intensions, revolts and leaves Tirol with the Zentraedi and the Monopole Ore needed for the fleet's new warships.
2026 April
The Sentinels arrive at Hayden IV shortly after the Regess' departure to Optera.
They "surrender" themselves to the occupying Invid troops.
Rem discovers that he is actually a clone of Zor.
Janice reveals herself to be an android.
Those affected by the "Hin are healed.
2026 May
Edwards loses his grip on the Council after troops sent out to hunt down the Zentraedi, side with them instead.
2026 August
Maia is born to Miriya Sterling on Haydon IV.
2027 May
In the battle for Hayden IV, Sarna the Hydonite female is killed.
Haydon IV is freed.
Dr. Langs Robotechnicians develope the Cyclone motorcycles.
2028 January
The Zentraedi arrive at Haydon IV where they return to micronised state.
Preparations are made to continue the Sentinels mission.
2028 May
The Sentinels arrive at Spheris and liberate the planet.
2028 December
The Sentinels arrive at Peryton and liberate the planet. Tesla and Burak sacrifice themselves to end the "Curse".
A new Perytonian leader is Elected. Buraks brother.
2029 May
The Sentinels return to Haydon IV.
2029 July
Noticing a disruption in the communication link to Earth, Major Carpenter readies a ship to investigate. His fears are confirmed when he receives a destress signal from Earth shortly after.
2029 October
Major Carpenter leaves for Earth.
2029 November
Dr. Lang re-establishes communications with Space Station Liberty.
Rick Hunter sends Wolff to Space Station Liberty to inform them of their current situation.
The Sentinels prepare to Return to Tirol and clear their names.
2030 June
After no word is received from Carpenter, Dr. Lang realises that the Masters must have reached Earth. He sends Wolff on a mission to Earth with a fleet of ships from Space Station Liberty as re-enforcements.
Maia Sterling communicates with her sister Dana telepathically.
2030 December
The Sentinels arrive at Tirol and are arrested by Edwards for crimes against the U.E.E.F.
2031 January
The Regess and the Invid loyal to her disappear from the Valivarre System.
Dana Sterling and the 15th squadron members arrive at Space Station Liberty. She then borrows a ship to meet her parents and sister on Haydon IV.
2031 June
After a long trial, the Sentinels are found not guilty with the help of Dr. Lang.
2035 April
Edwards begins the Tiresian faction fighting anew, in order to overrun the Council and take over the U.E.E.F.
2038 February
Admiral Rick Hunter sends a number of fleets to Mars Base in order to form a new offensive against the Regess.
2038 September
Admiral Rick Hunter orders the first attempt at reclaiming the Earth.
2042 January
Maia Sterling leaves Haydon IV to join the REF at Space Station Liberty.
2042 May
T.R. Edwards is arrested, when he is discovered having a meeting with the leader of the "Tiresian Loyalists".
2042 June
Peace is reastablished on the planet Tirol.
2042 September
Admiral Rick Hunter orders a second attempt at reclaiming the Earth.
2042 October
T.R. Edwards is found guilty of all charges.
Edwards and his Ghost Squadron flee Tirol for Optera, taking Lynn-Minmay and the Invid brain with them.

Sentinels Redux

As I pointed out on the Forums at RT.com, I've started to go through the Sentinels Novels and correct the continuity problems. When I'm done I'll make it available for Download, but till then please send some "helpfull hints" as it were.

HG has finally updated the macha size preview page for Shadow Chronicles. Some of you may have also noticed that the SDF-3 has shrunk!
